During my recent stay at a hotel in Istanbul, I was impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the receptionist. They were great too accommodate my request for an early check-in, greatly appreciated. The location was also ideal for exploring the sights of the Old City and accessing public transport. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being close to many attractions and just opposite the tram station. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. The staff were helpful and kind.

Great location, with beautiful views and plenty of nearby restaurants and markets. Helpful and friendly staff, like Saif, Mustafa, Aziz, Oznur. Comfortable rooms, fast wifi, and delicious breakfast.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the sea and the street. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to many shops and restaurants.
There were a few negatives during our weekend at the hotel. The room was not as clean as we expected, with marks on the pillow and dust on the floor.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the major tourist spots. It is situated in a very nice neighborhood, right in front of the Sirkeci tram station. The airport is also easily accessible, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it is a great place to stay in Istanbul.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Musa. The location was perfect for exploring the old city attractions. The view from the suite, especially the corner bathroom, was very nice. The reception team was great and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was just perfect as it was right next to the tram stop which made it easy for us to get around and see all the main attractions in the old city. The staff were amazing and provided top-notch service, offering us a range of amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. We also loved the soundproofed rooms which gave us a peaceful night's sleep.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with exceptional service.
